3PL Courier Strategy Coordinate

Responsibilities: 1.Courier Strategy Lead or assist in designing rider subsidy strategies within budget requirements; 2.optimize execution efficiency Improve the collaboration process design with other departments to optimize execution efficiency and effectiveness; 3.Data Analysis & Problem Diagnosis Monitor and analyze key operational metrics related to Courier Strategy, promptly detect anomalies, and identify root causes. Translate analytical insights into actionable improvement recommendations, and drive strategy to implement corrective actions and continuous optimization. 4.Key Strategy Support & Risk Management Provide dedicated follow-up for key strategy or those facing operational risks, participate in designing improvement plans, and track execution results.
