  • Acts as a technical expert and provides support on a world-wide basis.
  • Handle a wide range of technical support problems*from simple application or network configuration fixes to extremely complex troubleshooting and problem resolution
  • Review troubleshooting data in the form of network topologies, and crash dumps, logs, packet captures, or other device files for anomalies.
  • Provide 2nd & 3rd level support for Regional Data Centers as well other Data Centers within APAC region.
  • Provide 3rd level support for LAN & WAN issues for the office in the APAC region.
  • Perform support for Data Center & Secure Internet Hosting design and implementation when required by Global office or Head Quarter.
  • Create and maintain documentation for new and existing implementation in the Data Centers.
  • Create detail design of connectivity for a new system that will be connected in the Data Centers when it's required...
