Job Description
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, well-presented 3rd Line Escalations & Projects Engineer with at least 4 years experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be looking for a long-term permanent role in an established and successful MSP.
As a 3rd Line Escalations & Projects Engineer, you will be the point of escalation for Junior Engineers, as well as being the knowledge base/mentor. You will carry out bespoke projects for clients and service contracts.
The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic, collaborative, busy service desk team of 15 people. The role will have a strong technical mindset and intuition that is required to solve complex technical problems and keep a cool logical head during highly stressful troubleshooting situations whilst dealing with client stakeholders and directors.
