3rd Line Support Engineer

Requirements

Must have:

- Experience working in a data centre or managed service provider environment is an advantage - Strong Wintel administration experience - Solid VMware experience (build, operate, troubleshoot) - General understanding of enterprise storage and networking concepts - Familiarity with firewalling concepts (Fortinet preferred) - Exposure to Fortinet firewalls (desirable) - Experience supporting customer-owned infrastructure in shared environments (desirable)

Responsibilities:
