3rd Shift Mixer

As a Level 2 Mixer, you will engage in initial and ongoing training across various processing rooms, including 6-pass, 1-pass, Dry Room, and Corn Room. You will be responsible for assembling all ingredients accurately and recording them on production paperwork. You will also follow step-by-step instructions on blending sheets and maintain a culture of food safety concerning food defense, quality, and cGMPs for production and warehousing.

• Correctly and accurately assemble all paperwork, boxes, and sight standards.
• Utilize scales appropriately, ensuring they are powered, calibrated, and tared for accurate measurements.
• Stack boxes in an orderly fashion for palletizing.
• Read and understand product codes and lot numbers.
• Find proper screens for Swecos and Comils.
