Hebron, KY - 3rd Shift

Salary: $65,000 + 10% yearly bonus based on performance

Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions: 1. Provides direct daily management and supervision of packaging staff to achieve prescribed operational objectives within established timelines and in accordance with quality, safety, inventory control and customer satisfaction guidelines.
2. Oversees the development and implementation of work schedules and assignments to meet customer demands.
3. Makes recommendations to the Plant Manager on programs and procedures to improve overall packaging operations.
4. Ensures operational consistency through the use of training and the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
5. Plans ahead for future projects, overseeing the ordering of raw materials and storage of materials.
6. Maximizes plant efficiency through teamwork and innovation.
