We have partnered with a Global Industry Leading Printing and Packaging Company in the Cincinnati OH Area to lead a search for their 3rd Shift Production Supervisor.

Position Description:

·Manage Finishing/Gluing team members during shift.

·Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the department’s shift, including Safety, Product Quality, Material Waste, and Labor.

·Also, involved in Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Capital Investment, and Organizational Development

·30 direct reports to this Supervisor’s shift

Primary Responsibilities:
