3rd Shift Sanitation Manager

gpac is working with a well-established food manufacturer that is seeking a 3rd Shift Sanitation/Production Manager for their facility in the Buffalo area of New York.

In this role you will have the opportunity to manage all production and sanitation operations for the 3rd shift.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage all production and sanitation operations on 3rd shift
• Set production schedules, oversee machine operation, and coordinate material flow
• Monitor and improve KPIs for safety, quality, yield, and efficiency
• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of hourly associates
• Maintain compliance with GMP, HACCP, OSHA, USDA, and FDA standards
• Collaborate with Sanitation, Maintenance, HR, and Quality teams
• Recommend cost-saving and waste-reduction improvements
