System Analyst

  • Initially until 30th June 2024 with 1x12 months of extension.
  • Must have Baseline clearance.
  • Location is Canberra or Brisbane.

About

One of the Federal government departments is seeking multiple Systems Analysts specifically with skills and experience in Scaled Framework (SAFe) Methodology. These positions are highly technical ICT and client is looking for knowledgeable analysts to enable the Department to deliver key government and legislative priorities and to maintain acceptable service standards.

Skills & Experience required in

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a System Analyst in SAFe projects.
  • Working with Product Owners, Scrum master’s and key stakeholders to identify, define, prioritise, and implement projects.
  • Deliverables such as User Story / Use Cases; Data Mapping; Business Specifications; Functional Specifications; Defect Resolution Specifications.
  • Stakeholder engagement, consultation, coaching and liaison skills.

Desirable knowledge in

  • Azure, Octane, JIRA, SQL, Visio, XML, Confluence, BitBucket (or similar).
  • Previous experience working within an IT project environment (minimum three years).
