KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
- A production plan (and for some activities a delivery plan) is drafted and distributed weekly to meet customer needs over the short-term horizon
- A contribution to the tactical analysis of the business activity: critical resource loading rates, responsiveness and flexibility options, planning tactics and internal gateways, moulds, etc.
- An update of the inventory standards in the production planning systems
- The supervision of production is ensured to comply with the production commitments and flow control rules.
- The shipping operations of the products of the business operation are organised to guarantee the desired service and delivery times.
- Progress on the delivery KPI of the business activity and the foundations delivery
