Key Responsibilities: Tax Engine Configuration: Configure and maintain Vertex Tax engine or other tax engines to ensure accurate tax calculations and compliance. US Sales and Use Tax (SUT): Apply basic knowledge of US SUT to support tax-related processes and ensure compliance. Troubleshooting and JIRA Management: Raise and manage tickets in JIRA, follow up with fintech teams to resolve issues promptly. Process Mapping and Solution Design: Analyze and map business processes to identify and implement effective tax solutions. Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all tax-related configurations and processes. Independent Work: Demonstrate the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative in problem-solving.
