Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Engineering or Design Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams in the execution of seawater or industrial water treatment projects, with a focus on EPC and mining-related developments. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in detail engineering, project scheduling, construction support, and commissioning, along with a proven track record in managing the design scope for large-scale EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage engineering teams through project phases—from feasibility design to detailed engineering, construction support, and commissioning.
Coordinate with Project Managers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical scope, schedule, budget and resources.
Ensure engineering deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with estimate requirements for EPC readiness.
