Job Description

The 4PL Staff is responsible for supporting end-to-end supply chain operations by coordinating with multiple logistics providers, managing transportation and warehousing activities, and ensuring seamless integration of services. This role focuses on optimizing efficiency, maintaining compliance, and delivering cost-effective solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordination & Integration:
    • Act as a liaison between clients, 3PL providers, carriers, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
    • Support the implementation of integrated logistics solutions across the supply chain.
  • Operational Management:
    • Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
    • Oversee documentation such as Bills of Lading, invoices, and packing lists.
    • Manage returns and resolve discrepancies in shipments.
