Job Overview:
We’re helping our client, Dr. Squatch, find a TikTok Shop Affiliate Specialist to support and grow their TikTok Shop Affiliate Marketing program. In this role, you will manage creator relationships, community engagement, and content optimization while contributing to broader business goals and driving affiliate performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead creator relationships and manage affiliate communities.
- Communicate with mass affiliate groups via Discord, including product education, training, and content guidance.
- Coordinate affiliate challenges to drive engagement and ensure campaign success.
- Manage top macro creator relationships, including contract coordination and email communications.
- Grow affiliate communities through mass outreach (using Euka) and direct sourcing of hand-picked affiliates.
- Approve content and videos based on product prioritization and targets.
- Audit video content to ensure guidelines and brand standards are met.
- Maintain performance trackers, dashboards, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (CX, operations, integrated marketing, design/creative) as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with TikTok Shop trends and affiliate marketing best practices.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on business goals, performance metrics, and industry insights.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 1+ years of TikTok Shop Affiliate Management and TikTok Shop Seller Center experience.
- 5+ years of experience leading growth marketing, influencer strategies, or related roles.
- Strong expertise in TikTok Shop tools (Seller Center, Affiliate Center, GMV Max advertising).
- Experience with affiliate mass outreach tools such as Euka.
- Experience with community management platforms, like Discord.
- Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, basic reporting).
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills with attention to detail.
- Confidence in handling customer support-style inquiries, influencer relationship building, and managing communications across digital platforms.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and suggest optimizations.
- Comfortable learning new tools or platforms independently.
- Availability to work US (Pacific Time) hours.
