Role Overview
As a Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and scaling high-performing creative across paid media channels—primarily Meta and TikTok. You’ll sit at the intersection of creative storytelling and performance marketing, turning insights into ads that drive revenue.
You will collaborate closely with media buyers, video editors, designers, and influencers to produce scroll-stopping creative that converts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative strategies for paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other growth channels
- Research customer insights, UGC trends, competitor ads, and market angles to inform creative direction
- Write compelling ad concepts, hooks, scripts, and briefs for video and static ads
- Plan and manage creative testing frameworks (hooks, formats, offers, messaging)
- Analyze performance data (CTR, CPA, ROAS, thumb-stop rate) and iterate creative accordingly
- Work closely with media buyers to align creative strategy with campaign goals
- Collaborate with video editors, designers, and UGC creators to bring concepts to life
- Maintain a creative pipeline that supports continuous testing and scaling
Requirements
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience as a Creative Strategist, Performance Creative, or similar role in eCommerce
- Strong experience with paid social creative, especially Meta and TikTok ads
- Proven track record of producing creatives that scale profitably
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills (hooks, angles, scripts)
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and creative testing methodologies
- Ability to brief creatives clearly and provide actionable feedback
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
- Experience in CPG, wellness, or subscription brands is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience working with UGC creators and influencer content
- Understanding of CRO and landing page messaging alignment
- Familiarity with tools like Motion, Foreplay, Triple Whale, or similar creative analytics platforms
