As a manager/shift leader for Jet’s Pizza your main goal is to successfully facilitate the

shift that you are running while overseeing staff performance, product quality, and

helping all staff members achieve customer satisfaction. Some of these duties and

responsibilities include but are not limited to…

- Maintaining customer satisfaction and keeping our guests coming back.

- Making sure staff is following corporate standards and guidelines.

- Maintaining a safe, clean, and enjoyable workplace environment.

- Having an understanding for sales and labor goals.

- Leading by example in responsible and acceptable ways.

- Communicating with management on supply levels and day recaps.

- Training employees to meet expectations.

- Working in a team setting to complete daily goals and tasks.
