About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Manager, Data & Business Analytics who is passionate about turning data into actionable business insights. This role will lead the organization’s data strategy end-to-end, ensuring data is trusted, accessible, secure, and effectively used to drive decision-making across the business.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in e-commerce / DTC environments , is comfortable owning the full data lifecycle, and can partner cross-functionally to embed a truly data-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
Data Strategy & Leadership
- Own and lead the organization’s Data Strategy , covering analysis, governance, data collection and integration, optimization, visualization, and security.
- Manage internal and external resources responsible for the Thrive Data Stack
