We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with strong hands-on experience in building and maintaining backend systems using modern Java technologies . This role involves working closely with business and IT teams to design, develop, and enhance scalable applications in a collaborative, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new system functionalities using Java 8, Spring Boot, and Microservices

  • Maintain and enhance existing applications to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability

  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs

  • Develop and execute unit tests and system tests to ensure high-quality deliverables

  • Own applications end-to-end , from development to support and enhancements

  • Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement activities

  • Work effectively with global teams and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

  • 6+ years of hands-on software development experience

  • Strong expertise in:

    • Java 8

    • Spring Boot

    • Microservices architecture

    • REST APIs

    • MS SQL Server

  • Experience working in backend application development environments

Good to Have (Secondary Skills)

  • Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

  • Experience working in Agile or distributed teams
