Job Overview:
We are seeking a senior 4G/5G protocol stack expert with extensive experience in commercial base station development, particularly with a background in major telecom equipment providers. The candidate will be responsible for the design and performance optimization of 4G/5G base station L2/L3 software architectures. The role involves close collaboration with operators to meet their requirements, as well as handling protocol stack software requirements communication, arch design, development, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
Core Responsibilities:
1.Requirements Analysis & Solution Design:
Deeply understand the commercial 5G network requirements for L2/L3 protocol stacks and develop corresponding solutions.
Based on operator requirements, address the complexity of 5G features, and lead the team to design and deliver high-quality L2/L3 software.
