You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.You’ve had 8-10 years of project/program management experience.Experience working in the asset management industry and/or familiarity with a wide variety of investment products and vehicles would be strongly preferred for this role.You are a manager who engages and inspires others to achieve meaningful results.You’ve led high performing teams and have the confidence and courage to add value.You’ve had previous success with strategic and/or operational project delivery experience (business strategy, operating models, process improvement, change management, etc.), and have the ability to apply and lead flexible delivery models to execute the work.When developing a plan, you consider long term impacts and make a personal commitment to exploring diverse perspectives and dissenting viewpoints.You thrive on challenges and enjoy partnering with others to achieve meaningful results.You’ve partnered cross-functionally to solve complex problems and have the confidence and courage to add value.You are a skilled communicator.
