About The Role – Analytics & Data Manager (Hands-on)
We are looking for a hands-on Analytics & Data Manager to own and lead the end-to-end analytics and data lifecycle for a complex healthcare analytics platform.
This role combines people leadership, technical execution, and customer-facing ownership. You will be responsible for driving analytics strategy and delivery end-to-end: from understanding business and clinical needs, through data modeling and pipelines, to BI delivery and insight consumption.
You will work closely with clients, product, data engineering, and analytics teams, while actively contributing at a technical level and mentoring analysts and BI engineers. This is a true player–coach role, ideal for someone who enjoys staying close to the data while leading teams and ...
