**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and deploy **A/B and multivariate tests** across websites and digital platforms.
- Implement test variations using **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from client provided designs.**:
- Conduct proper test QA, ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Collaborate with UX researchers, strategists, and analysts to scope and estimate testing opportunities.
- Translate hypotheses into technical test implementations within **A/B Tasty**.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Document technical approaches and maintain reusable code snippets for testing.
- Stay current with industry best practices in **CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)** and front-end development.
**Required Qualifications**
- **5+ years of experience** in **A/B testing and web experimentation**.
- **3+ years of hands-on experience** with the **A/B Tasty platform and similar platforms** (implementation, QA, reporting).
- **5+ years of experience** in **front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)**.
- Strong understanding of web analytics, event tracking, and DOM manipulation.
- Ability to debug and optimize test performance in production environments.
- Detail-oriented mindset with commitment to accuracy and reliability in testing.
- English oral and written C1+
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Familiarity with other testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO, etc.).
- Experience integrating with analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
- Experience with tracking tools as Asana.
- Knowledge of accessibility and performance optimization best practices.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical constraints and results to non-technical stakeholders.
