ABA Behavior Technician Trainer-Van Nuys

Developmental Pathways Inc. is looking for a skilled Behavior Technician Trainer to conduct in-office training for new and current Behavior Technicians (BTs).

This role ensures that BTs adhere to ABA principles, ethical guidelines, and company standards.

The position is based entirely at our Van Nuys clinic, and candidates must live in or near the San Fernando Valley, CA area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training & Onboarding: Lead onboarding sessions for new hires, covering policies, procedures, and expectations.


• Train BTs on ABA principles and ethical standards.

Ensure BTs understand and apply the BT manual effectively.

Policy & Compliance:

• Review and update onboarding materials to ensure they align with company policies and industry regulations.
