About the Role
This is an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander identified position and a meaningful opportunity for an experienced Aboriginal practitioner to provide practice leadership within The Orange Door (TOD) in Mildura.
The Aboriginal Practice Lead plays a key role in strengthening culturally safe, trauma-informed and Aboriginal-led practice across The Orange Door workforce. You will support staff working with Aboriginal children, families and communities impacted by family violence, child protection concerns and complex needs.
This role is about walking alongside practitioners, sharing cultural knowledge, and helping embed Aboriginal ways of knowing, being and doing into everyday practice 🌿
