Aboriginal Support Coordinator – make a difference to people’s lives while working with a supportive team of mental health professionals.

There is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Aboriginal Support Coordinator to join the Universal Aftercare program - Care Connect, across the Central Coast region.

Care Connect is an aftercare service supporting people experiencing a suicidal crisis or who have attempted suicide. The service focuses on empowering people and their care givers to connect with formal and practical support to assist with recovery.
