We have an exciting permanent part-time, female, Aboriginal Support Worker position based in Granville. This is an Aboriginal identified position and requires working with an Aboriginal client/s, to meet cultural and wellbeing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with clients to develop individualised support plans (that take into account their wellbeing and goals).
• Complete Risk Management Plans for clients
• Provide support to clients to improve their independence by assisting with living skills, transport, social activities, medication and personal care when required....
