🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students regarding career programs and upskilling courses

Handle inbound and outbound calls for student admissions

Understand learner goals and recommend suitable programs

Maintain accurate CRM records

Follow up with interested learners and ensure conversions

Provide end-to-end admission support
🔹 Eligibility Criteria:

Excellent communication skills (English mandatory)

Prior experience in counselling / sales / EdTech preferred
