We are the first company aiming to build an affordable online education platform for each Indian student who dreams of studying at IIT & AIIMS but is unable to afford the existing offline/online education providers.

Working Experience:-

Required Skill Sets:-
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree. A Master's degree preferably BTech/Mtech , would be a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in Academic Planning/ Academic operations management, preferably in JEE & NEET Vertical. Experience in the EdTech industry is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams, Teachers,authors, and other Crossfunctional Teams.
Project Management: Proficient in project management methodologies, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities:-
Task & Coordination Management
Take ownership of assigned tasks.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including Teachers, Other operation members, and content coordinators to ensure timely Planning and smooth execution of deliverables.
Facilitate communication between teams for effective collaboration and updates.
Data Oversight
Support end-to-end data collection, organization, and management related to Academic Planning, Operations, content and project workflows.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely updates of data across systems.
Process Understanding & Strategic Input
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand key processes, workflows, and timelines.
Provide insights and support in process optimization and data-driven decision-making.
Performance Tracking
Maintain basic metrics and trackers for task progress and coordination checkpoints.
Contribute to regular reporting and suggest improvements based on collected data.
