The Academic Associate (AA) Program at Nayanta University is designed to provide academic and administrative support to our teaching faculty while offering early-career academics a platform to strengthen their expertise and professional experience.
AAs are appointed on a contractual basis and are typically assigned to work with two undergraduate faculty members in any given term. AAs contribute to course design
