Role Overview:
We are seeking an
Academic Coordinator for the Primary School
who is passionate about teaching and learning, and who can provide strong academic leadership to teachers while keeping the child at the heart of every decision. The Academic Coordinator will work closely with the Principal, Founder and Pedagogical Team to ensure curriculum coherence, high-quality classroom practices, student growth and well-being and continuous professional growth of teachers.
Key Responsibilities:
Academic Leadership and Program Implementation
Ensure effective implementation of the school curriculum across Grades 1-6
Work closely with the Curriculum and Pedagogical Team for effective curriculum design
Guide teachers in adopting child-friendly, experiential, and inclusive teaching strategies
