Role Overview
The Academic Coordinator is responsible for ensuring effective implementation of the Cambridge IGCSE/CBSE curriculum, maintaining high teaching standards, and supporting academic excellence across the school. The role focuses on curriculum delivery, teacher mentoring, assessment quality, and Cambridge compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor IGCSE/CBSE curriculum as per Cambridge International standards
Support teachers with lesson planning, schemes of work, assessment, and differentiation
Conduct classroom observations, provide feedback, and mentor teachers
Coordinate internal assessments and IGCSE/CBSE examinations with accuracy and confidentiality
Track student progress and support academic interventions
Ensure Cambridge compliance, documentation, and inspection readiness
Support academic communication with parents and stakeholders
