About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Academic Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary guide for MBBS graduates and students as they navigate the high-stakes world of NEET-PG and INI-CET examinations. You will act as a mentor, strategist, and support system, helping the next generation of doctors and students achieve their residency goals.

Key Responsibilities

Expert Guidance: Counsel MBBS graduates and students on exam patterns, preparation strategies, and career pathways for NEET-PG and INI-CET.

• Personalized Mentorship : Assist students in selecting the most effective study plans, courses, and test series tailored to their strengths and goals.
• Student Support : Actively manage and resolve queries from both students and parents via phone calls, in-person meetings, and digital platforms.
• Academic Planning : Guide students through course selection and the creation of structured study timelines to ensure consistent progress.
• Data Management : Maintain meticulous student records, detailed counseling notes, and consistent follow-up logs to track student success.

Requirements

Experience : A minimum of 2 year of experience in academic counseling (experience in the medical/healthcare education sector is a strong plus).

Communication : Exceptional verbal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly. Proficiency in multiple languages is considered a plus

Tech Savvy : Proficiency in using Excell and digital communication platforms to manage student data.
