Job Title: Academic Counsellor (Sales) Location: Sector 44, Gurgaon (Work from Office) Salary: Up to ₹30,000 + Incentives Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in EdTech sales or any sales role Open to: Male and Female candidates About the Company: We are a leading EdTech firm specializing in executive education for working professionals. We collaborate with top institutions, including IIMs and other prestigious business schools, to deliver high-quality courses designed to enhance career growth. Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct tele-counselling sessions to assist professionals in selecting suitable executive courses. Understand participant profiles and guide them based on their career goals. Clearly communicate the value and benefits of the offered programs. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). Strong interest in guiding learners and engaging in consultative sales. Excellent spoken and written English. Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Work Details: Work from office (mandatory from Day 1) 5 working days per week (rotational week offs) Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
