Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear information on programmes, eligibility, admissions process, fees, and scholarships.
  • Guide applicants through the application process, documentation, and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups via calls, emails, and messages to support decision-making.
  • Resolve queries effectively and escalate complex cases to relevant teams.
  • Ensure adherence to admission policies, data privacy, and confidentiality norms.
  • Stay updated on programmes, admission guidelines, and institutional updates.
