Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and parents for programme-related enquiries.
- Provide clear information on programmes, eligibility, admissions process, fees, and scholarships.
- Guide applicants through the application process, documentation, and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Conduct timely follow-ups via calls, emails, and messages to support decision-making.
- Resolve queries effectively and escalate complex cases to relevant teams.
- Ensure adherence to admission policies, data privacy, and confidentiality norms.
- Stay updated on programmes, admission guidelines, and institutional updates.
