Key Responsibilities

Student Counseling

  • Interact with prospective students and parents to understand their needs and guide them on suitable courses or programs.

Admission Support

  • Assist students throughout the admission process including application, documentation, and follow-up.

Communication & Follow-up

  • Maintain regular communication with leads via phone, email, and in-person meetings to convert inquiries into admissions.

Database Management

  • Maintain records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in the system.

Center Support

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for enrolled students.

Reporting

  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on inquiries, walk-ins, and conversions for review by the center head.
