got admission in top Design, Fashion, Architecture & Art colleges in
India and Abroad. SILICA is headquartered in Mumbai but has 25
centers in Pune, Bangalore, Nagpur, Nashik, Aurangabad, Indore &
Lucknow with plans to open new centers in other cities in the near
future.
We are a 32 year old educational group with 2 other educational
divisions running successfully across India.
POSITION DETAILS
Position Study Abroad Coordinator
Reporting To Area Manager
Work Locations Pune or Mumbai ( Dadar)
Years of Experience Minimum 1-3 Years. Can be relaxed in case of exceptional
candidates
Qualification Any Graduate
Shift / Work Timings Rotational Weekoff

Responsibilities
● Research and identify top global design schools and their admission requirements.
● Provide personalized counseling to students regarding study abroad options, application
processes, and eligibility criteria.
● Assist students in building strong portfolios, writing SOPs, and preparing for entrance
exams/interviews.
● Guide students through scholarship and financial aid opportunities.
● Stay updated on visa regulations and assist students with the application process.
● Conduct informational seminars, webinars, and workshops on studying design abroad.
● Coordinating with the IDP Batches.
● Maintain records of student applications and track their progress.
● Support marketing efforts by creating content related to study abroad opportunities.
Requisites (Core competencies / Skills
● Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Design, Education, or a related field.
● Experience in academic counseling, study abroad consultancy, or international admissions
preferred.
● Strong knowledge of global design education trends and admission processes.
● Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
● Ability to mentor students and craft compelling applications.
● Proficiency in MS Office and online research tools.
● Passion for design education and student success.
