We are looking for an energetic and student-focused Junior Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right digital marketing courses. You will handle inquiries, counsel students, and support the admissions process through calls, WhatsApp, and direct interactions.
This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who enjoy communication, sales, and student engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
- Explain courses, career opportunities, and training benefits clearly
- Conduct counselling sessions and convert leads into admissions
- Follow up with interested students and maintain lead records
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for campaigns and workshops
- Support college visits, seminars, and admission drives
