Role overview
The Academic Counsellor will connect with parents in the US market, understand their child’s learning needs, and drive enrolments for BrightChamps’ programs through consultative counselling and high-quality sales conversation
Key responsibilities
- Connect with US-based parents via outbound/inbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings to explain BrightChamps programs.
- Understand the child’s current learning level and recommend the right courses and learning paths.
- Convert qualified leads into enrolments by handling objections and clearly communicating value and outcomes.
