The Academic Director serves as the strategic academic leader of AIMER Business School, responsible for fostering a culture of excellence in teaching, learning, and research. This role acts as the custodian of the institution's academic vision, ensuring rigorous curriculum standards, dynamic faculty engagement, and holistic student development. Additionally, they serve as the primary liaison for university affairs and parent community engagement.

1. Strategic Academic Leadership
- Vision Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive academic strategy aligned with institutional goals.
- External Representation: Represent the academic division in partnerships, industry forums, and educational events.
- Policy Formulation: Establish policies and procedures to promote operational efficiency and high standards.
2. Curriculum & Pedagogical Innovation
- Curriculum Design: Oversee the continuous improvement of the curriculum to ensure industry relevance.
- Pedagogical Excellence: Champion modern teaching methodologies and innovative learning tools.
- Learning Outcomes: Define and monitor outcomes to ensure graduates possess necessary competencies.
3. Faculty Management & Development
- Recruitment & Staffing: Lead the process to attract high-caliber faculty and experts.
- Performance Management: Conduct evaluations and provide mentorship to maintain high standards.
- Professional Development: Foster a research culture through publications, conferences, and development programs.
4. Student Affairs & University Compliance
- University Liaison: Manage official affairs regarding university affiliations, regulations, and certifications.
- Student Progression: Oversee academic records, attendance, and disciplinary matters.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the QA department to meet accreditation and internal benchmarks.
5. Stakeholder & Community Engagement
- Parent Relations: Organize parent-teacher meetings and maintain open communication regarding progress.
- Grievance Handling: Serve as the point of contact for escalating student or parent concerns.
- Leadership: Ability to inspire and manage a diverse team of academicians.
- Strategic Thinking: Capability to translate vision into actionable academic plans.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for interacting with students and regulatory bodies.
