Role Overview
We are looking for a high-impact Student Mentor to serve as the primary strategic lead and relationship manager for our students. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting the student’s application, providing high-level academic counseling, and making critical decisions on application strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory & Profile Evaluation
- Narrative Development & Creative Oversight
- Student Relationship Management
- Unit Leadership
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions consulting, or a related mentorship role.
- Communication: Verbal and written communication skills
- Emotional Intelligence: Ability to build rapport quickly and manage student/parent anxiety during high-pressure cycles.
