Academic Mentor Tamil - WFH

We are hiring a dynamic and student-focused Academic Mentor to join our team and
provide micro-learning, support through structured guidance, continuous tracking, and
regular academic coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
● Proactively provide gaps and doubt solving sessions.
● Provide product demo to parents.
● Student onboarding, product explanation and first week feedback.
● Weekly once communication with parents on study plan, student progress and school
marks.
● Assign academic tasks and assignments to students as per the student requirement
● Conduct weekly monitoring and tracking of student performance and progress to identify
gaps and provide remediation.
● Regularly coordinate with students through phone calls and scheduled video meetings
● Maintain accurate records of student activity, performance, and interactions
● Mentors should take responsibility for improving the student’s academic marks and play
a key role in student retention...
