Position Highlights: 

  • Balanced schedule: 3 clinic days/week, dedicated OR block time, and just one 24-hour hospitalist shift per month
  • Collaborative environment: Busy, well-managed L&D supported by midwife services and strong resident involvement.
  • Opportunities for specialization: High demand for GYN-only, MIGS, or UroGyn—up to 2-3 days of OR block time available.
  • Academic engagement: Teach and mentor residents, participate in committees, and pursue leadership roles such as Associate Program Director, Vice Chair, or Clerkship Director.
