Pedagogical Assistant to the Head of School will support the Head of School

• in implementing, monitoring, and strengthening pedagogical practices and academic programmes across the IB continuum
• He/she can monitor the website, university placement, 360 degree appraisals, supporting in IB evaluation, Handling parents and stakeholder communications.
• Track key initiatives, action plans, and strategic priorities assigned by the Head of School.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks across departments.
• Assist in organising school-wide academic and leadership events, meetings, and workshops.
• Support implementation of school improvement plans and special projects.
• Facilitate communication between the Head of School and teachers, leadership teams, parents, Board members, and IB representatives.
