Academic Operations Manager - Jaipur

Purpose:

The role holder will drive excellence at the Franchise partner set up by familiarizing educators with Lighthouse Learning philosophy; train them in new products & programs and facilitate implementation of EK curriculum

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. To facilitate franchise effectiveness by:

● Providing pre-service and In-service training for all partners

● Conducting Equipment training, Franchise Induction Program (FIP) and Teacher training

● Building strong rapport with partners and supporting them on the implementation of key initiatives and compliance

● Training EuroKids Centers for India and International Markets

● Assisting in hiring franchise staff.

2. To ensure academic excellence by:

● Ensuring regular training at franchise and cluster level.

●Measuring and improving satisfaction levels of internal as well as external customers through Parent Orientation Program (POP), Parental Workshops or any other Parent Interactive sessions.

●Conducting teacher workshops, providing teacher observation reports and providing feedback for class observation.

●Collaborating in the planning, designing, and implementation of teaching modules.

●Undertaking quality checks for effective academic execution of curriculum.

●Co-ordinating with special needs department to support the teachers in delivering successful sessions.

Experience and Qualification:

Graduate E.C.C.Ed. / Montessori trained/ NTT females with 3-4 years of pre-primary teaching experience.
