Main Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Heads of Year on pastoral issues.
  2. Foster quality support for students through various means including one-on-one sessions and group workshops.
  3. Address social and emotional needs of students through evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) techniques or other relevant methods.
