Job Description

Responsible for driving the execution and impact of Pearl Street Academy’s leadership development programs. This role has oversight for assigned curriculum, development initiatives and leader cohorts within the academy and leverages Academy Trainers to deliver high-quality training. The Academy Manager spends time in the field, validating the effectiveness of training on behavior and business results, and partners with field leaders to continuously improve learning experiences. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

  • Assume full ownership and accountability for leadership development programs and curricula across all lines of business, ensuring they are strategically aligned with organizational priorities and consistently meet Pearl Street Academy’s standards.
