About Us Rally Gully is one of India’s fastest-growing sports infrastructure & community platforms, bringing India together through Pickleball and Padel, two of the fastest-growing sports in the world. We currently manage multiple active venues across Delhi NCR, with rapid expansion planned across new cities.
At Rally Gully, we are building our Pickleball Academy - a structured player development system focused on grassroots growth, coaching quality, and long-term player building. The Academy is a core vertical of Rally Gully and central to how we scale the sport.
Role Overview As an Academy Program Intern, you will work closely with the founders, academy leads, and coaches to support the day-to-day functioning and growth of Rally Gully Academy.
This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to how a sports academy is built from the ground up, combining on-ground execution with learning how programs, sessions, and systems are structured.
