Acceleration Center - Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics (CEDA) - Cloud Operations - Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage cloud migrations and deployments across major platforms, including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Oracle Cloud.
• Respond effectively to the diverse perspectives, needs, and feelings of others.
• Use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems.
• Use critical thinking to break down complex concepts.
• Understand the broader objectives of projects and how work fits into overall strategy.
• Develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing.
• Use reflection to develop self‑awareness, enhance strengths, and address development areas.
• Interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.
• Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, the Firm’s code of conduct, and independence requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in technology or related field.
• At least 4 years of proven experience executing complex cloud migrations and deployments across major cloud platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as Scrum Master, Advanced Practitioner, or related.
• Demonstrated ability in cloud cost analysis.
• Experience in consulting.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional client workshops effectively.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards for decision making.
• Support project plans while mentoring junior staff.
• Proven communication and presentation skills to convey financial insights to technical and executive audiences.
