Accommodation Supervisor

Job Summary 

The Accommodation Supervisor supports the delivery of a consistently elevated guest experience by overseeing presentation, public area standards, and day-to-day housekeeping operations. This role plays a key part in driving quality, ensuring accuracy in room release procedures, and guiding the team toward operational consistency. By maintaining strong oversight of cleanliness, resources, and performance, the Accommodation Supervisor contributes to a well-managed environment that reflects the estate's commitment to excellence, care, and operational discipline. 

Principle Responsibilities  

•  Support the team in preparing and servicing the Campsite and Glamping areas in line with established SOPs.
