Job Summary Responsible for managing full or partial sets of accounts, overseeing daily finance operations, and ensuring accurate reporting and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

  • Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements
  • Monitor cash flow, prepare payment schedules and control expenses
  • Manage invoicing, receipts, collections and petty cash
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
  • Handle SST, withholding tax, e-Invoice and statutory submissions
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and company secretary
  • Ensure proper documentation and internal control

Support & Advisory

  • Advise management on finance matters and cost control
  • Support audit, tax filing and compliance matters
  • Handle ad-hoc finance tasks assigned by management
