Job Summary Responsible for managing full or partial sets of accounts, overseeing daily finance operations, and ensuring accurate reporting and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
- Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements
- Monitor cash flow, prepare payment schedules and control expenses
- Manage invoicing, receipts, collections and petty cash
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
- Handle SST, withholding tax, e-Invoice and statutory submissions
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and company secretary
- Ensure proper documentation and internal control
Support & Advisory
- Advise management on finance matters and cost control
- Support audit, tax filing and compliance matters
- Handle ad-hoc finance tasks assigned by management
